It's Food Blog time again! During Ramadan, our Muslim brothers and sisters spend a whole month  fasting from dawn to sunset. In the evening, once the sun sets, they break their fast during Iftar. Because of this, most of the restaurants here in Qatar offer Iftar and Suhoor (pre-fast meal) promotions. Expats living in Qatar (even non-Muslims) enjoy these promotions because of the wide-variety of buffets (in hotels and Ramadan tents), amazing selection of set meals and discounted rates on  selected menu items in other restaurants.   Our first Iftar experience this year is with the American/Tex-Mex cuisine-based restaurant Chili's.
